Once, in the winter of my life,

the snow covered my heart

in frozen fury....

and then there came you...

and the sun shone through, and the ice started to melt, and my heart once again began to beat...

with the warmth of your smile...

and it was scary,

and i wasn't sure where to turn

as the warmth spread throughout me

with each tender ray of your smile.

and so i simply melt...

in the sunshine of your love .
